We offer executive coaching for each subject listed in our course catalog with the process focusing on each participant&#8217;s self-awareness, goals, development plan, and success metrics.\r\n\r\nRather than being directive in nature, executive coaching is a custom-tailored intervention that involves a series of ongoing one-on-one interactions between an individual who holds responsibility within an organization and an external coach.
