The weight of that responsibility creates stress for decision makers, especially when these operational, tactical, or strategic decisions must be made in less-than-optimal conditions.
Decision-Making Under Pressure provides practical insights into how decisions are made, new tools and techniques to improve decision-making skills, and strategies for managing the pressure and stress of individual and group decision making. The course also introduces a rational decision making model for making more effective decisions.
