Leadership Skills for Non-Supervisory Personnel

Leadership
Leadership Skills for Non-Supervisory Personnel

Much of the work that drives organizations is performed by people in non-supervisory roles, such as team leaders, committee chairs, frontline employees, and support staff. No matter what your job title may be, it is possible to lead others and accomplish team goals without the cover of power from a position. Throughout this course, you will learn strategies for enhancing your personal influence skills, strengthening your interpersonal communication abilities, and facilitating problem solving and team decision making. Leadership begins with leading people, and leading people begins from within.

About the Course

Overview

A large majority of the work accomplished in any organization is completed by non-supervisory personnel. This course helps non-supervisory personnel recognize leadership opportunities and develop skills to effectively lead even when not holding management positions.
