About the Course

Overview

A leader’s style determines their leadership ability. However, no one style is universally effective in all situations. In fact, all leaders have multiple leadership styles, which can be deployed on their own or in conjunction with other styles depending upon the circumstances.

The course teaches you to define your leadership style and apply it in necessary situations. It also teaches you to combine the double punch of strong leadership with effective communication to build positive, open and effective working environments.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to

  • Explain personal leadership style as assessed
