Enrolling is simple! Choose your preferred course, pay the registration fee, and you’ll be automatically enrolled for the chosen session. After completing your payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details about the course, including the schedule, access instructions, and any necessary materials.
Our open-enrollment courses are one full-day session, lasting approximately 8 hours. The day includes a mid-day break for lunch and a few shorter breaks to ensure an engaging learning experience.
Our online courses are conducted through Zoom. To participate, you’ll need a computer or device with internet access. Detailed instructions for accessing the virtual classroom will be provided upon enrollment.
Absolutely! You can register for multiple courses that align with your interests and schedule. Each course offers a unique learning opportunity.
We offer convenient online payment options. Choose your desired course, and proceed with payment using a credit/debit card. If you are a government agency and need to pay via purchase order or SF-182 we can assist you personally.
Yes, upon successfully completing the course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion that acknowledges your participation and achievement.
Course materials, including handouts and surveys, will be provided electronically. Any required reading materials will be specified at the start of the course.

When you register for one of our online courses through Eventbrite, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. This email will contain a link to an event attendee page where you can find detailed instructions on how to attend the course online.
Yes, we utilize a third-party platform to streamline the ticketing and registration process for our open enrollment courses. We partner with Eventbrite, a trusted and widely-used online event management and ticketing platform, to facilitate the sale of seats for our courses. Eventbrite helps us efficiently manage registrations, ticketing, and attendee communication, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience for our course participants.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. The event attendee page will provide all the necessary information, including the date, time, and platform (e.g., Zoom) for the online course.
While Eventbrite is our primary platform for online course registrations, we also offer alternative methods for specific cases, such as government agencies that may need to submit purchase orders or SF-182 forms.
